At the end of September, my mother-in-law came for a long weekend, and we had such a great time!  She had never been to Raleigh before, and the weather was perfect.  We spent a fun day out to lunch and at Marbles, the Raleigh children's museum.  I had never taken Finn before, and she loved everything about it.  Ahren and I were able to sneak out do dinner one night, and then Nana-Mum helped Ahren take care of Finn while I traveled to Charlottesville to see Summer get her ACC ring during a football game at UVA.  Can't wait until Nana returns for Finn's first birthday in November!

We are watching the fall fly right by us-  it has been so busy with travel, visitors, and work-  Finn is starting to climb on things (and fall off of them), repeat words ("dog" is her current fave...) and eat pretty much everything (as well as throw all types of food across the table...).  We are loving it!
